How should an investment company look? After analyzing competitors, we concluded that the words that most fully characterize the project are: solid, restrained, respectable. Therefore, creating a business card website for Focus Estate Fund began with the development of a visual image, which we seasoned, as is customary in this environment, with facts and figures.
Marketing Concept
Creating a website for an investment company pursues several goals, the main ones being: selling services, attracting the target audience, and informing potential clients. The information placed on the landing page should be transparent, understandable, and sufficient for clients to make a decision on one hand, while on the other hand, it should not overshadow the visual image. Therefore, text blocks are placed on each page (screen). Hook phrases designed to capture attention and guide the client to more detailed information are equipped with active “Read more” buttons.
Design and Usability Overview
The choice of color scheme partly depended on the color of the company logo — blue. The blue-gray palette is considered one of the best for perception when it comes to companies dealing with financial matters. Understanding that the target audience of the company is people over 40 years old, we kept the top menu in a familiar, classic format. It moves to each new page (screen), allowing the client to switch to the necessary section of the site at any moment. Photos of European and American offices and skyscrapers are subconsciously perceived as the quintessence of success, a testament to achieving goals. At the very bottom, there is a discreetly placed “Call Back” button, which, when clicked, brings up a simple form. Filling it out with the purpose of the call can significantly ease the work and eliminate lengthy phone negotiations.
