How do I know how many and what services I will receive for the hours I paid for?

It's very simple, for most types of work there are initial tariffs, like, say, mobile operators (sms - so much, 1 minute of conversation - so much). Depending on the number of these services, the total amount of the invoice will be formed, which will be deducted from your prepayment.

For example: adding a ready-made text with a ready-made image to a website costs 10 UAH per page. In a month, we added 30 such pages = 300 UAH. These 300 UAH will be deducted from your balance. Please ask our managers for the current price list for technical support rates.

Of course, it is impossible to foresee all possible variants of tasks that you may receive. Therefore, if something is not included in the tariff schedule (price list), it is evaluated individually. In this case, you will be informed in advance of the cost that will suit you or not.

What happened to your free tech support?

Free support is still available. Only it applies to cases when some module, the development of which was paid for when creating the site, does not work or works incorrectly. If you need to update the site, this is an additional task that is additionally paid for.

Why do you work only on a prepaid basis?

This service provides for a prompt response to the client's tasks. Therefore, the time of our specialists is booked in advance.

What should I do if I don't have enough hours for the one I paid for?

If your task takes more time than you paid for, we will perform a part of it within the package, and the rest will be transferred to the next month.

If I have several websites, can I pay for 1 package and use it for all of them?

Unfortunately, this is not yet possible. To avoid confusion and misunderstanding, we work according to the principle: "1 service package for 1 website".

What if I don't want to continue using these services?

You will need to give us at least 2 weeks' notice of your decision.
