Corporate website for the fuel and energy company ENERGY CAPITAL GROUP

We developed a turnkey website on CMS WordPress for the fuel and energy company ENERGY CAPITAL GROUP. We started from scratch: studying the market, competitors, and audience, so that the functionality, website design, and content of the pages addressed the key task — to encourage target visitors to cooperate.

Goals of ENERGY CAPITAL GROUP

Initially, ENERGY CAPITAL GROUP planned to order the creation of a corporate website to present services and the range of supplied fuel. However, we studied the client’s market and formed a commercial proposal that slightly shifted the focus towards the sales component. As a result of our collaboration, the client wanted a website that would include:

• Stylish trendy web design
• Adaptation for mobile devices
• Localization of pages in Ukrainian in accordance with the law “On Language”
• User personal account with a set of specific business process functions

How We Solved the Client’s Tasks

The web studio “Business Site” faced the task of developing a website effective in the B2B sector. To achieve this, our analyst conducted an analysis of the websites of direct competitors and pages from the top of search results for the most relevant queries related to ENERGY CAPITAL GROUP. Based on the analysis results, we created the structure of the future website and developed a prototype of the main and subpages.

After the prototype was approved, developers were engaged in the work. To save time, they worked in parallel with the designer to avoid delaying the delivery deadlines. The finished design was converted into a theme for the WordPress CMS and installed over the functional framework that was ready at that time.

At the final stage, we filled the website with content, performed localization, connected the client’s personal account, tested the result, and conducted a presentation of the website.

Why We Chose WordPress

Websites on WordPress are well promoted in search engines, support various integration options, are stable, and are reasonably well protected against hacking. We enhance the out-of-the-box capabilities of the content management system according to our own recipe, tested on dozens of successful client projects. In this particular case, it was important to create a functional personal account for clients, which turned out to be easier to implement on WordPress than on any other popular CMS.
